E-Sign Act to be implemented
www.chinanews.cn 2005-03-31 13:58:25
Starting on Apr.1st, fewer and fewer businessmen will have to hop on a
plane just to sign a contract thanks to E-Sign. According to the "E-Sign
Act of the People's Republic of China," electronic signatures will be
granted the same legal validity of written signatures. Experts believe
that the implementation of the E-Sign Act would aid the development of
E-commerce in China.
